USELESSS!!!! *2024-02-27* This app has not worked in months I like paying my bills through the website or app!!! O but wait I can’t cause this app just keeps loading so please fix your app I am sure there are plenty of other people out there that are having same issues!!!!!! ### 1/5 — Never loads *2024-02-25, version 2.4.0* Started using the app because the website wasn’t loading properly. Now the app hasn’t been able to get off the load screen for two months. This business also steals money and my card has been hacked twice now from this app. You are better off not using Prime storage more like Prime Stealing. ### 1/5 — Failed update corrections *2026-01-03, version 2.6.12* After updating the last app update, it no longer shows your unit so you can pay via the app. The update wiped all information including account information after logging back in.
