## What is PrimeAge?

PrimeAge Family is for families who employ a caregiver at home for an elderly parent in India, and live too far away to see the day for themselves.

Your parent's caregiver keeps a simple record of each shift in the PrimeAge Caregiver app: the shift she worked, which parts of the agreed daily routine were done, and any notes she wants you to see. PrimeAge Family is where you read it.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

- Read each day's care record, shift by shift

- See the daily routine your family has agreed, and what was marked done

- Read the caregiver's notes in her own words

HOW IT IS DIFFERENT

- PrimeAge does not supply, place or employ caregivers. Your caregiver works for your family.

- No cameras, and no continuous audio or video, in your parent's home.

WHO IT IS FOR

Families with a PrimeAge account. You need an invitation to sign in.

IMPORTANT

PrimeAge Family is a record-keeping tool. It is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. It is not an emergency service. For any medical concern, speak to your parent's doctor.
