It has a continuous wave of grey boxes and I can’t click anything. This time I logged out, uninstalled the app and reinstalled it but when I click on the google sign in, it just has a spinning circle where the “G” icon is and then stops with inability to log in. I’d love to use this app but it’s difficult. ### 4/5 — Great app but issues *2024-08-29, version 3.0.28* Great choice in what you want to improve but tech support I’ve never had a reply from to which is frustrating when you pay a monthly fee ### 3/5 — 7 Day Trial Won't Cut It *2024-04-12* For a habit to become permanent, it is essential to listen to an application of this sort, at least once a day, consistently, for 21 days. This dedication to practice is necessary for any noticeable improvement to be evident. This doesn't take into consideration the time required to reverse a bad habit. Are the developers of this app knowledgeable and interested in helping their fellow man? If this is a quality product that will truly benefit people seeking help, then why are they limiting the trial period to a third of the time required to determine whether this app will produce significant results? The length of most trial periods has been steadily decreasing because studies have shown that the less time allowed to preview a product the more likely the customer will get caught up in life and miss the opportunity to cancel the order prior to the shortened deadline. Keep in mind that in order to get the “free” trial, you have to supply the company with a form of verifiable payment. It is difficult to put my faith in something that puts financial profits above principles. To me, this is a form of dishonesty. What is truly a shame is that in this instance, the app may actually be better than usual for the price. I bought a new phone and tried to use the app but had trouble signing in because I forgot the email I signed up with. The techniques taught have helped me to reevaluate and proactively approach these with a positive mindset. The content won’t even show up. I’ve wrote to the company asking for help, and I get no response despite them saying they would respond within 24 hours. The stats the provide have been inaccurate since day one. I will be going back to Headspace once yearly subscription is over on this app, as I feel completely ripped off by this company. Disappointed and annoyed with myself for wasting money. Probably ok but you can also get the effect from listening to one of the free recordings over and over. As a hypnotist myself, I can appreciate his work fully. I also had the opportunity to hear him speak at the reimagining health summit, he is a really down to earth guy making the world a better place through hypnosis.
