I’m 67 and worried about injury if I started weight training. It has workouts for every level that I can choose from with instructions and support when I need it. Have gone through several of the 6 week programs and feel much stronger. I like the weight tracking. I input daily weight and it gives me a weekly average. I plan to continue using the app and recommend it if you are on the fence about or are afraid of starting resistance training. ### 5/5 — Happy to have found Prime Forge *2026-07-15* The app provides clear, strength, training activities. Knowing how important it is to build and maintain muscle mass as we age was a key factor in me choosing this app. I like how you can customize the routines and each exercise has a clear demonstration on how to perform the movements safely. One of my favorite features is the variety of workout programs. There’s always something that fits my current goals and fitness level.
