PrimePay: “Time to invest some resources into a new developer!” ### 1/5 — Garbage *2026-01-30, version 1.4.3* This app is garbage and the makers should be fired. Most of the time when it loads it just brings up a blank white screen and goes nowhere. On the off chance it does load it takes forever. If you have an assignment to do good luck! The keyboard will pops up blocking any text box so you can’t see what you’re typing, then it won’t let you scroll up. On top of that, if you go online and try and log that way it doesn’t recognize you’re password. Every time I get out of app and come back after 2 seconds, it “times out” and signs me out completely and I would have to redo the security code. It used to be a security code once a day per device. Sometimes I would literally be on the app trying to clock in and it would sign me out randomly. Also, most of the time when I need to clock in at 9am it doesn’t load and stays as a white screen for like 10 minutes then I have to either ask my manager to change my time entry or stay 10 mins later to clock out. This app is getting more and more unpleasant to use by the day. ### 1/5 — Newest text code update. *2026-04-23, version 1.4.6* Terrible update, why would yall do this? We use this to clock in and now the app forecloses or glitches out all the time. Remove the text code sign in please! This app is ridiculous trying to clock in and it makes us late. From someone who has been in HR their entire career(26 years), it’s rare that an HCM company gets things right. Everything that is available on their online portal is navigable in the mobile application. It also functions the same. I’ve been part of several transition to new HCM systems and I can’t thank the PrimePay implementation team enough. It was such a smooth implementation process and they held our hand throughout the entire process. Great work team PrimePay!
