If you have my username, full name, ssn, and mfa text code, why do you also need my account number to change my password? I don’t have that memorized. Then I have to contact the bank to fix it. It’s taken me a week to do a remote deposit because I was traveling and couldn’t call during normal hours. They have all the bells & whistles of larger national banking chains with one critical difference being resounding PERSONAL customer care. No matter which branch I reach, they can direct me to someone who is familiar with my account and can verify my identity verbally with a brief check in. With other banks the standard response is you must come in or we’ll mail you the proper paperwork… I have moved several times and even though they haven’t seen me in person for quite time, they always get me to someone who is familiar with my account and me!! Also their fees are exceptionally affordable (some accounts are FREE or they offer a reduced rate). You will never regret your decision to use them as your primary financial institution. Five stars, two thumbs up and my sincere thanks to all their staff!
