Love that I don’t have to make a call to do this! ### 5/5 — Moving in the right direction *2025-10-14* I was concerned at first because of the reviews. It looks like they have listened to the feedback because they are partnering with Teladoc again. I was seen by a provider in less than 10 minutes. The app is relatively basic, but it allows me convenient access to a doctor which is awesome. The app is awful. There is not even a back button if you push the wrong thing. Administrative service is bad and can’t seem to make simple changes. Visit waits are hours. If you are considering Zion health I would look elsewhere until they figure this out. ### 1/5 — Zion messed up *2025-02-21* Zion Healthshare switched from Teladoc to this… and that was a bad move. I have been trying for over an hour to get seen by a physician but their technology is so incredibly bad it isn’t working. Teladoc was established and gave a legitimate alternative to seeing our primary care physician, but this is worse than the hassle and money to go see a primary physician. This company was not ready for this amount of customers/patients so I am struggling to see how this is a value add to the Zion Healthshare membership. ### 1/5 — They Don’t let you get seen. *2025-02-08* Put in flu symptoms and they declined the visit.
