Mixed information from staff on how to make any kind of  reservations in app & it’s not functional.

L’application est limitée, beaucoup de bogues, difficultés et se connecter et avoir accès aux fonctionnalités. Nous avons dû faire des réservations de restaurant à la réception de l’hôtel car nous l’application ne se rafraîchissait pas.

This app in its main purpose specifically restaurant reservations is not functional. Worst about that is that the resort wants you to use the app. Totally waste of positive vacation energy

The app has a lot bugs. The main one is the cancel button, it simply does not work! You can’t click on it. Another one is the zoom for booking sun beds or Bali beds, useless, it also does not work. Please test and fix the main features!

App worked great for our stay at the Grand Princess Sunset/Riviera. Easy to make restaurant reservations. We also used it to check menus activity schedules. Could use improvement on making user interface a bit more intuitive.
