Now I’m on an infinite loop of resetting my password and the app and website not saving the new one or the old one. It might be the worst user experience of an app or website I’ve ever had and there’s really not much functionality they’re going for on this. ### 1/5 — Crashes *2024-12-12, version 11.3.0* Different parts of app crash constantly, have never been able to get into the childcare and when bringing this up to staff they just answer “that’s weird sorry it does t work for you”, please do somthing about this so I can use the benefits that I am paying for. Or allow the signup for childcare on the website if you can’t figure out your app. ### 1/5 — Does not function *2024-11-20, version 11.3.0* You get an error every time you try to click on something. Not sure why this even exists, let alone is something they use to advertise. ### 2/5 — Lots of crashes *2024-08-18, version 11.3.0* Can’t access lots of the features of the application, because it crashes immediately when I go to them. Childcare signups is the latest, but it seems to happen at random with different parts from time to time. ### 1/5 — Bugs *2023-04-17, version 10.5.0* Always have glitches with this app. Please fix!!
