Not. Work. *2021-01-18, version 9.2.0* Says my credentials are invalid. I can’t sign into classes or use to check into the club. Frustrating. ### 1/5 — Can’t log in with Apple’s keychain *2020-11-22, version 9.1.2* Apple keychain doesn’t appear to let me choose my login info when trying to log into this app. Also, the iOS native feature to populate my email address with a single tap in any form does not work on this login page - I see the choices for email address on my keyboard but nothing populates when I choose one. ### 1/5 — Crashes *2020-11-21, version 9.1.0* App crashes when I try to open it ### 1/5 — Crap App *2020-11-21, version 9.1.0* Crashes every time I try to log in. The login fields also don’t take advantage of the iOS keyboard. It suggests my email address but when I click it, the app doesn’t pull in the information. This new app was rushed and doesn’t work day 1. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Oh My *2026-07-31, version 11.5.0* I have to reset my password every time to log in since I messed it up one time. Now I’m on an infinite loop of resetting my password and the app and website not saving the new one or the old one. It might be the worst user experience of an app or website I’ve ever had and there’s really not much functionality they’re going for on this. ### 1/5 — Crashes *2024-12-12, version 11.3.0* Different parts of app crash constantly, have never been able to get into the childcare and when bringing this up to staff they just answer “that’s weird sorry it does t work for you”, please do somthing about this so I can use the benefits that I am paying for. Says my credentials are wrong. I go through “forgot my password” to change password and neither the new or old password will work. This kept happening, and I gave up. The old app worked pretty well, this one is embarrassingly bad. The previous app worked great. Childcare signups is the latest, but it seems to happen at random with different parts from time to time. ### 2/5 — Can no longer download classes to my iPhone calendar *2022-06-06, version 10.2.0* After the latest update, I can no longer download classes to my iPhone calendar. This was a very useful feature when planning my week. Please include it in your next update or bug fix.
