Even when trying to do simple tasks the navigation and ability to locate what should be very easy and attainable are made impossible. Endless navigation through “help” articles lead in a circle of stupidity. Maybe instead of trying to look pretty an idea might be to make it actually function for your clients. I also use Fidelity and the difference between the two are shocking.
