Photo is very blurry. Updated the software, unplugged the power, restarted it, tried everything I can and no improve at all. This app works with the Prinhome smartphone printer I recently purchased for my iPad to take with me to Italy and print on-the-go. Since the most recent update to fix the previous, the app is once again working as it should!!! It is very user friendly and I love the fact that I can flip, zoom, edit and print different sizes like wallets and passport photos. I haven't used the framing features yet but it looks like fun! This is an amazing set up (the best that I have ever come across) and I thank you for your quick response to fixing the previous issue .
