But, ordering wasn’t without its issues. Selecting photos was a challenge. Instagram connect returns an error code and I would have to exit out and restart the app every time I wanted to select additional photos from my library. ### 2/5 — Really Bugg app but got it done *2023-12-12* Buggy app for sure. But got it done Delivery and Billing Address conflicts when trying to check out create headaches and if the app stalls at check out and you have to reload and redo the project the old project is still in the cart so you have to wait for the old project to time out and do it all over again . ### 5/5 — Great app *2023-11-16, version 5.3.0* Great app with great prints & fast delivery. ### 3/5 — App needs work *2023-09-17* When you select your photos for prints, you can’t select more than one of a specific photo. (Or if you can, that feature is hard to find.) Sometimes, sure, it’s great to have 20 of 20 be different images. But sometimes we want to order duplicates to share with a friend that’s in the same photo. Also, when the app is preparing your photos (1 of 40, 2 of 40, and so on…), if you leave the app in the background you have to start over each time with the photo preparation before you can complete your order. Third, if the quality wasn’t so great, and 3x3 prints so hard to find, I’d prefer to use a company that provided my shipping info much faster. Inkifi sends you a “thank you” email immediately, but then you don’t here much for a while. One time, I forgot I ordered photos when they arrived, because it had been so long. ### 3/5 — Great but needs 1 small fix *2023-08-03, version 5.2.6* Cute app. Can’t wait to get my prints. I did have trouble scrolling to add the coupon code. I had to delete one of my print sets in order to add the code. The green checkout bar was on top of the text box. Very slow ### 1/5 — Very confusing and difficult to navigate app *2026-01-02* Inkifi is the most confusing app and the most difficult to navigate that I have ever seen. I have just placed an order and I can absolutely say I have no idea what I am going to be sent. And the ability to chat with this company or contact this company is very limited and I was unable to get any help because although it was the best time for me to order, it was outside of their office hours. ### 1/5 — Waste of money, bad prints *2025-06-24* The photo quality was terrible. They print on Matt paper automatically so the photos came out dark and not true to the color. Every photo was off center even when they were perfect on the website, some even came cropped weird. Just use the website on a laptop/desktop instead ### 1/5 — Needs Improvement *2023-09-29, version 5.3.0* I'm a bit tied to this app. I started a scrapbook using the mini squares photos a few years ago and I want it to look the same, so I keep going back to it. However, I think it needs improvement. It says on the home screen that for mini squares, you need a minimum of 12 pictures. In reality, you can't proceed with an order unless you upload 20. Several times, I upload and edit my images only for the app to crash before the purchase is complete. So you then have to start again. I select different delivery address to billing. I input the delivery address details. Every time at checkout, it reverts back to delivery address same as billing. I still haven't managed to change this. Overall, it's hard work, and takes a lot longer to place an order than it should. ### 1/5 — Never received my photos and has been delayed for over 2 weeks already *2023-02-22, version 5.0.12* I’ve been waiting for my order for 3 weeks already and it’s pass the date it said it would arrive ### 1/5 — STAY AWAY *2022-06-25* Clearly some people are getting their order correctly, I’m not sure what is happening with me. The first order i placed, for Father’s Day, arrived just in the nick of time. The problem however, is that they sent the WRONG photos. I ended up with someone else’s Father’s Day gift, and either mine didn’t get printed or someone else ended up with mine. They agreed to send me a new order - but I had to ask for a discount/ a way to make it right. Just got the second “correct” order in the mail and it’s facing the wrong way, and the frame is the wrong color. The photos are also darker lighting wise than the ones I submitted. Needless to say, I will not be ordering again with this company. ### 1/5 — App Crashes Constantly *2022-05-07, version 5.0.10* Cannot order photos because the app crashes. Selecting cameras from your photo roll is difficult as the pixel quality is so bad and many pictures you can’t view or select at the bottom of the screen. ### 1/5 — Less options than on website 🤷🏻‍♀️ *2022-01-31, version 5.0.10* Only download the app to get the retro prints but they aren’t available on the app. Not sure why the website has more options. ### 1/5 — App bugs *2021-11-29, version 5.0.10* I was unable to place my order of two photo frames in one order because the app couldn’t cope with 120 photos. So I now have to pay two lots of £9.95 for the deliver to place it in two orders. Have tried a few different printing companies but nothing compares to Inkifi. Honestly, the app is amazing, very easy to use, many different sizes to print your photos. And the pictures came out sooo cute! Very true to color. Very quick delivery, and very reasonable pricing, so you can print many of your favorite photos and don't feel guilty you've spent so much money, haha. I just started my scrapbooking hobby and when my pictures arrived I was so surprised and happy how beautiful they were! 🥹 honestly couldn't stop staring at them, haha ### 5/5 — Love this app *2025-12-12, version 5.30.0* This app is so useful I use it every year now! Sometimes i just want to rotate the image and fit it to print and inkifi does it with ease. The quality is excellent. The ones i ordered are little photo cards.
