Print Calendar PDF turns the calendars and reminders already on your iPhone and iPad into clean PDF files you can print, save, share, or archive. No account, no sync, no uploads.

Pick the calendars you want, choose a date range, and get a PDF that is actually built for paper — readable type, honest page breaks, and event titles that wrap instead of getting cut off.

### 2.1 — 2026-08-11

This update makes PDF exporting smoother and less interruptive.

- Preview generation stays focused on your PDF, without unrelated prompts.
- After you print, share, or save, system prompts wait for a more appropriate moment.
- Additional privacy and reliability improvements. Your calendar events, reminders, notes, and locations remain on your device.

### 2.0 — 2026-08-10

Version 2.0 rebuilds both halves of the app: what you look at on screen, and what comes out of the printer.

A redrawn page — the month view now leads with the date number, the way a wall calendar does. The number is nearly twice its old size, the spreadsheet look of a box around every day is gone, and weekends carry a very faint tint.

Multi-day events, finally right — a three-day trip draws as one continuous bar across the days it covers, instead of repeating the same row once per day.

A real week view — the week is now an actual time axis, so a four-hour meeting no longer takes the same space as a half-hour one. The time range follows your real events, so evening plans are no longer cut off. List and day sheets are typeset rather than stacked as colored cards.

Better in black and white — Ink Saver genuinely removes color now; it used to leave a tinted background on every page. In grayscale, calendars are told apart by the shape of their bar rather than by grays that all print alike, and event colors are mapped into a print-safe range so a yellow calendar still shows up on white paper.

A new interface — Create is a workbench instead of a settings form: your page sits beside the controls and redraws as you change them. History is grouped by month and shows a thumbnail of the first page. Onboarding is down to two screens, and your first preview is waiting when you arrive.

Also improved: the Extra Large text size now clears the 16 pt threshold used for large-print material, hairlines and the smallest type were raised so they survive at 300 dpi, and page numbers show the total — 3 / 9.

Fixed: some multi-page exports could produce a PDF that would not open, and the paper preview could stay blank instead of showing a sample.

### 1.2 — 2026-08-09

Version 1.2 is the biggest update yet.

Year archives — export a whole year as a single PDF with a cover page and a section for each month. This Year and Last Year are one tap away in the date range picker.

Quick Start — the settings from your last successful monthly export come back pre-filled, so next month's calendar takes one tap instead of ten.

Month-end reminders — an optional nudge on the last day of each month, scheduled locally on your device. No server involved.

Longer event titles now wrap inside month and week cells instead of being cut off, so you can actually read what is on the page.

Also new: custom PDF titles, two months on a single page, five print styles including an ink saver mode, an extra-large text size, and an in-app language switcher covering 15 languages.

Fixed: export history no longer loses files when the app updates, and exporting is more reliable across large date ranges.
