Customer service is very good and responsive. This app does not print PDF documents that have had annotations made to it. It prints the original document but does not print the annotations made to it. I can print these documents from other platforms but not from this app. That renders it non-usable for me. If anyone has a solution including customer service, please provide instructions as to what I am doing wrong. ### 2/5 — Not recommended *2016-12-21, version 6.4.1* I don't like this app. It hardly ever works and is most annoying. It's the best printing utility app for "any" iPad! The printing options surely beat out AirPrint because you can choose options like: Selecting the Pages You Want to Print! I finds all of my printers, even using IPP, it also prints to PDF and you may also set it up to print using "G3/4" as well. If you can't do that - as I can't in my corporate environment - then it doesn't work as described.... in fact, it's pretty useless. ### 1/5 — Prompts for ratings in-app with NO option to cancel! *2015-08-20, version 6.2.1* 1 star because I was FORCED to give a rating on a PAID app with NO OTION to cancel when I opened the app! Even closing out the app via the App Switcher and relaunching did NOT get rid of the prompt. I will continue to give 1 star ratings until I am NO longer prompted in-app AT ALL for ratings. I am greatly annoyed by apps that constantly prompt for ratings! If I really like an app or if I am really annoyed by an app, I will post a review when I feel like doing so. Until then, please, DO NOT prompt in-app for any ratings! The only thing it prints is the test sheet. After that, forget it. What's the point of having to print via a PC? If that's what you want, email the pc and print for free. I ended up buying an AirPrint printer in the end, I was so frustrated with this app. Don't waste a considerable amount of time and money. I bought print n share pro having read the reviews and taking on balance that I would not be disappointed. How wrong I was: it does not work. It will see my printer, but will not print. I am confused by all the sharing nonsense, the app is just too complex - I just wanted to be able to print the occasional email and Pages doc. Print n share Pro does not deliver. Touch screen does not respond, then goes to black. App won't re-open. Tech support told me to reinstall. Have done that 7 times. Still crashes. Money wasted. Looking for another app. ### 1/5 — Waste Of Money For Me *2012-02-20* Your sitting at home using your I-Pad and wish you could print from it with your printer and then you see this App. Great you think just what I want and you spend £6.99 of your hard earned cash. But if your printer is not supported and there is no list showing what is you have a problem. Yes you can still print from your I-Pad but you have to go and switch your PC on first. Somewhat defeats the object doesn't it?
