This app can’t find the printer on network. I tried to send “form” to point this out, but got a “not submitted error” I would give it a 0 star so far.... I’ll keep trying :/ ### 1/5 — Hopeless *2018-11-29, version 2.13* Won’t even find a printer let alone print to it! ### 1/5 — Waist or time and paper and ink *2018-11-03* Everything I tried to print came out with a big box with print reliably across it ....unless you want to pay !! Before the update the app searches for all my printers but the only finds airprint printers, the older printer it couldn't find and I don't get an option to add it manually. **Developer response:** We're sorry you're having trouble! When Print Reliably is not finding a printer, first make sure sure that the printer and your iOS device are on the same WiFi network. If the printer can't connect to WiFi, you could try connecting it to a Macintosh computer and enabling network sharing. If you wish to have us investigate further, you could use the "Contact Support" or "Send Logs for Error Reports" actions inside the App. ### 1/5 — Very bad *2018-06-02, version 2.13* You have to pay 5.99 so it dose not say an add all over the paper ### 1/5 — Lexmark X544 *2018-01-26, version 2.10* It prints to my Lexmark X544 but for some reason it is incredibly slow. This is after saying yes to the X test (first one it passed). Even the X took an age to print. This is a fast printer and I used to be able to print quickly to it from the Lexmark app. Suggestions welcome. ### 1/5 — Didn’t work for me. *2018-01-15, version 2.10* I have an HP printer and a Canon printer. When setting up this printer the first 2 tests did nothing the next 2 tests printed 50 pages of undefined text each test causing me to power down a network printer and restart it and clear the paper jams. Finally the 5th test printed and I thought I was ok. Next I clicked enable file extensions. Tried to print a simple web page from safari browser and clicked send to open print reliably app and I try to select my printer and the check mark never moved from the pdf setting. So I wasted 100 sheets of paper my drum unit and toner and finally uninstalled this unreliable app. ### 1/5 — Only tried to connect to AirPrint *2021-11-02, version 2.13* I downloaded this app because I knew my printer did not have AirPrint. This app says it prints off any wireless network, but after trying many times it only gave me the error message “no AirPrint printer available” each time. The "watermark" they mention is very dark letters, 1/2" high spelling out "print reliably" all the way across the paper and repeated every 1 1/2" down the page. I am used to watermarks that are dim and let the original document show through - that would be fine for a test printout. These "watermarks" completely destroy the page you're printing. Every page is totally useless. I might have sprung for the paid version but what they are doing is rude and unnecessary. There are lots of printing apps.
