Not a super helpful or convenient app compared to their actual website. I use the browser on my phone if I’m not near a computer more than I will open this app. ### 1/5 — Has become useless *2024-11-22, version 3.6.4* I only use the app to upload photos. It hasn’t worked for 4 days in a row. This is an important part of my job since my salesperson is out of state. The app will often crash when I’m using it. We are currently looking at different companies to replace Printavo. ### 1/5 — App Will Not Load *2024-10-11* App will not load on fully updated iPhone 12 as of October 2024. This app has gone through phases where it mostly works, and then straight up will not open for months at a time. When I am able to open it and use it, it has been a really helpful tool, as I work from my phone a lot as a business owner. Unfortunately, it looks like we are back to a non-functional piece of software. You guys are a software company that charge a monthly subscription. If your products don’t work and you don’t discount your rate when they are down for extended period of time, you are literally ripping people off. I’ve been using Printavo for over seven years and the app since it was available, so I have lots of experience with the ups and downs of Printavo, and it’s phone app. This review is specific to the phone app. Please, please, pleeeeeeeease do better with your phone app reliability, and I will happily update this review. ### 1/5 — Bad app *2024-09-15, version 3.6.4* Have to delete the app/re install because it will crash all time ### 1/5 — App crashes *2024-08-22, version 3.6.4* Can’t even open the app. When app doesn’t crash; you can’t save any edits. ### 1/5 — Always stuck *2024-02-20, version 3.6.2* Never loads passed the splash screen. ### 1/5 — Always stuck on intro screen *2024-02-15, version 3.6.2* I have this issue constantly. Please update the iOS app and fix it. At first you couldn’t do much on it at all. Searching didn’t return the results you expected and seemingly basic logical pieces of information were missing or not linked properly. Subsequent iterations have gotten much better. Unfortunately, though, for the last few months, the app will not open on my fully updated iPhone 12. Thinking it was possibly an app update I checked here, but sure enough I was running the latest version. Not sure what’s going on at the moment, but this app is broken. Has not worked since my review last October. 🙄 ## Most praised reviews (9 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Would recommend for EVERY print shop *2019-07-13, version 2.11* I can’t say enough good things about Printavo on a whole for organizing our Mint Prints shop end to end. It helps with quoting, artwork approvals, tracking expenses, communicating with clients, and completing payments. The app helps, especially when we’re on the go so much, it’s a fast paced shop. I loved it when it was working, please update! Using the website just isn’t the same on mobile. Mock ups load differently. Every time I need to send a preset message I need to go to my computer to use one of them. Main problem is it needs to have mobile notifications for assigned tasks. Really love using Printavo and the improvements they keep making. Some minor adjustments and the app will be stellar. I manage a shop in Michigan and having the app is key to production me. So keep making the improvements and I’ll adjust my review accordingly. Thanks! ### 2/5 — Very Limited Capabilities *2026-06-20, version 3.7.1* The app is really difficult to use except just to look up order numbers (after so many clicks just to get to that page). Editing anything is very difficult and it often will freeze in a page, not allow you to go back, and you have to close the app and start over. It is not easy to work through or find jobs sometimes. Also if you edit a job it will put zeros in all unfilled columns and it will add print locations. Kinda annoying and makes orders look crowded with all of the zeros. Add pictures straight to orders is great, but with all of the editing it automatically does it’s not that helpful.
