This does a very good job and suits me fine. There is a slight learning curve involved using this app but, it was worth it. Now I know I ain’t the smartest cookie in the jar but I’m also not the idiot one, so I thought. After I upgraded, Let’s just say when I buy a car the intent is to buy something that is turn key, don’t really want to have to go and buy tires and wheels. Installed app on pc and iPad. Test seemed to work now everything I read tell me I need print central wasted $5 not going to waste more money, time and paper trying. Do yourself a favor and save your money, paper, time and a whole lot of stress and anger and just go buy an Air Printer. I’m sure it may work and I’m sure it’s something I’m doing or not doing correct but plain and simple it’s not like most apps of download pay then use. Could not possibly recommend this app to anyone. Need a choice of zero stars because that’s what I feel this app deserves. STARS ....... zero. ### 1/5 — Unusable? *2021-01-14, version 3.5.1* This is one of the messiest UI’s I’ve ever encountered. I can’t even figure out how to tell it to print a photo. Read the instructions and watched the video. Print webpages button doesn’t work. Have plenty of apps that I can Use for “free” and have the option to pay for “additional “ services. In other words, receive basic functions. “I'm Melissa and thanks for getting in touch. PrintDirect allows you to test which printer driver works best for your printer for free before you make the purchase to use the app. This is described in the description.” Yes Melissa it is buried after screen shot labeled “local files” and paragraph of all the “wonderful “ printing capabilities the app promotes. “Prove that you can print to any printer for free. Upgrade to unlock all of the features below...” I’m sorry but paragraph above touts capabilities so I would think most people would read and understand that they would be getting those functions above AND if they decide they want “ALL OF THE FEATURES BELOW..” they can pay. Cost is not identified until 9 paragraphs later and then you have to click on “In-App Purchases” to reveal cost. Thanks Melissa for telling me how “obvious” the cost is stated to be able to use app. You are not forthright - deceptive advertising at its best. ### 1/5 — Find something Else *2018-09-16, version 3.2.2* This app tested fine on my Canon 3200 so I purchased based on the test. After buying I then printed an email which would not print properly. I immediately applied for a refund and of course was refused. A waste of $6.99. ### 1/5 — Didn't provide wifi print for free *2017-08-30, version 3.1.1* You have to pay for the wifi print. There are tons of ads making it a pain to set up. This was following an Win 11 upgrade. I emailed EuroSmartz support and had an extremely quick and helpful response from Melissa. After a few more tweaks she was able to see from the log file where the problems were. Now works perfectly.
