If you choose the plan then I guess you'll have to wait three days or so after they charge you. ### 1/5 — Talk about getting FU__ED by HP. *2025-12-16* HP is running one of the worlds worst scams with their ink situation I went to this particular printer the HP 5000 because it was $150 and quoted as saying two years of ink. So I buy it online from Amazon I try to install it which takes a long time for me. I get the 5000 printer up and running and now I’m trying to use the app online with my phone and I have an iPad and as I go through the opening parts of the app I get to the last part which is try my new pro program where we are going to charge you like six or seven dollars a week for the rest of the time you’re going to use this printer so what you thought was the deal with the ink turns out to be even a bigger scam and milk you for more money every month I am so disappointed in HP. if anyone from HP really reads this review, I wish they would send me my $150 back because I don’t want a damn thing to do with HP and I’ll tell everybody in the world that I run across about the scams that they run. ### 1/5 — Was ist bloß aus dem einstmals so guten HP Service geworden *2025-12-06* Ich habe eine Drucker HP ENVY 6432e gekauft. Dazu habe ich den Premium Support über die Smart App bezahlt. Da ich das Netzwerk meines Mitbewohners im Haus ein Stockwerk über mir mitbenutze will Ich den Drucker an mein mobiles Netzwerk anschließen. Das bekomme ich nicht hin.
