My biggest problem is when you resize a font it often becomes very very small and you can’t get it back to bigger unless you just start over. Grabbing the box to make the boundary box larger does the same thing.

App does not work at all on iPad. When you go to make a label, it shows the screen repeating inside itself and is unusable

**Developer response:** Sorry for the messy screen issue on iPad! This app is currently designed for iPhone only and hasn’t been fully optimized for iPadOS yet, which causes display glitches like screen recursion. Our team plans to add official iPad support in future updates. Thanks for your valuable feedback!

For a user with really minimal needs, this does work. But it’s lacking in so many ways.
- You can’t save a design to be used again, or used as a template.
- The typeface (“font”) options are awful. There are many decorative fonts in the menu, but for basic legibility and utility, you’re out of luck.
- As a workaround for the lack of selectable fonts, there are some built in templates that DO have different/better fonts, which are not available via the font menu. Seriously??

Unfortunately, this app seems to be the only option to run the pocket sized xengro thermal printer.

Save designs using the bottom-left button, then find them in Recent or Favorites on the homepage.
Around 30 fonts are available when adding text to your canvas.

I have to delete and download again for working. The machine is good but the app not.

It was not working and I tried it 25 times, but it would go blank or not print anything. Pls do not waste your money on this device such a scam.
