I switched to an iPhone and this app is the only one I’ve had trouble with. It worked perfectly for android but the sizing is way off on iPhone. I’m still going to us the app and maybe I can figure out how to correct it

Great app I have been using this app for Android 15 Plus years with very little problems on Android and when the need did arise the developers always responded to my questions in a timely manner. I really appreciate the app and highly recommend this developer and other apps as well. However the app needs drivers and not having as good of luck printing from iPhone.the printing is recognized but for some reason errors out.iphone16 pro max

Please don’t waste money to purchase it , as it support only Air Printers which Apple Mac Books/Ipads already support

**Developer response:** Hello. We are sorry, but this is completely false. We do support AirPrint in the app, but apart from it we support a whole bunch of protocols, like WSD/WPRT, BJNP, SNMP, PDL, LPD, etc., multiple driver libraries for thousands of printers, as well as custom drivers that we have actually reverse engineered and wrote ourselves. It's easy to test, too, if you simply have a printer that supports WiFi, but not AirPrint. Additionally, even if the printer has no WiFi at all, we have a desktop app that allows using it remotely or over WiFi or even over the internet. And you can test the app out in the free version before making a purchase to make sure you're not wasting your money. We've been working on this app for over 15 years (!) on multiple platforms and we have tens of millions of downloads across them, which is what allowed us to get the experience we have. Of course, if your printer supports AirPrint, you may not need the app that much (although we have had users writing to us about using the app with AirPrint printers simply for the sake of selecting content to print more flexibly), but saying that the app has no additional value apart from simply calling the system APIs to engage AirPrint is just misleading. We don't support all the printers, but we do support quite a lot. If your printer is not supported at the moment, kindly let us know the model here or at our support email, and we'll see if we can add it. Thank you for taking time to write a review!

Мошенники. Купил приложение premium, но после обновления приложение вдруг стало стандартным и бесплатным. А premium теперь якобы новое приложение. За которое снова если хочешь получить полный функционал заплати. Интересный способ снова получить деньги за одно и тоже приложение. Сделали бы тогда подписку и не вводили людей в заблуждение.

С точки зрения функциональности бесплатное приложение с покупкой не отличается от платного. Если Вы ранее купили premium-ключ в бесплатной iOS-версии, но сейчас Вам недоступна premium-функциональность, то это ошибка, которую нужно исправить. Пожалуйста, первым делом на главном экране нажмите "Восстановить Premium-ключ". Если это не поможет, пожалуйста, проверьте, что Вы вошли в тот же аккаунт Apple, с которого совершали покупку. Если аккаунт правильный, пожалуйста, напишите нам на support@printershare.net.

Tout fonctionnait parfaitement avant cette maudite mise à jour.

Voit toujours mon imprimante branchée sur raspberry pi mais affiche une erreur au moment de l’impression.
Plus d’option pour essayer de régler le problème.

Merci, j’ai récupéré mes documents disparus depuis la maj.
En revanche, toujours impossible d’imprimer sur mon imprimante Rasberry 😡

Merci pour votre 1ère réponse et vos justifications techniques. Toutefois, je corrigerai mon avis quand j’aurai récupéré mes anciens docs.

Avis initial:
Globalement cette mise à jour mes déçoit fortement.
Je ne retrouve plus mes possibilités passées (sans compter des docs que j’avais laissés sur l’app), la mise à l’échelle n’offre plus, par exemple, que des pas de 10% 😟
Rafraîchir l’interface, pourquoi pas, mais supprimer des possibilités qui existaient auparavant, c’est bof.
En fait je crois que j’ai compris…
C’est devenu payant !!!
Rendez moi mes fichiers disparus avec cette mise à jour sauvage !!!!

I recently purchased the premium version of app but there is no option to connect to printer via usb. Total waste

**Developer response:** Hello! Unfortunately, access to USB functionality is pretty limited on Apple platforms for developers, so for now a direct USB connection is not supported. However, we do have a desktop app (Windows / macOS), that you can use to share your USB-only printer, if it works for you. This way you can print over the local network as well as over the internet. You can try it out even without purchasing a premium key! (as of now) I hope it helps! And thank you for taking time to provide your feedback :)
