However, when I asked how the refund would be processed, they completely stopped responding. It has now been three additional weeks since they agreed to the refund, and I have neither received the refund nor any follow-up email.This entire process has been frustrating, unprofessional, and unacceptable. I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing from this company.
