I ordered on 10-12 and I’m still waiting for them. I need them by 11-15. Buyers please beware! *2024-08-12* Terrible terrible customer service experience- have sent 3 emails and it’s been 3 days and no response! Buyer beware! Better to stay away! Updated- They have finally replied 5 days after my 3 emails to them only to tell me that I’m too late in making a change request. I sent the change request 5 MINUTES after placing order not 5 days . Your guidelines state changes can be made up to 4 hours. Please don’t expect them to make anything right 😓 ### 1/5 — Printerval *2024-01-15* I contacted them about how I was unsatisfied with my order and they said they would reach back out in 12 hours. I waited a week and still no response. I tried emailing, texting, WhatsApp, calling and still NOTHING worked, I will not be using this app again. Printerval Team ### 1/5 — DO NOT USE THIS APP *2023-05-01, version 1.2* It won’t allow you to add anything to cart as a guest you HAVE to make an account to make a purchase. When you make an account through this app it doesn’t actually let you. I believe this is a password collecting scam where when you try to make an account every password you try is collected. don’t use this app……. Rolex mugs arrived in a package that prevented breakage. Mugs look great! But those shipping costs…I had a 40 dollar order and then there was 10 dollars just on shipping. And i haven’t seen anything about if you’re total is a certain number there’s free shipping which most places, Amazon etc. do. Still good and just bought some stuff that was really cute from there.
