They have no contact number to actually get ahold of support. I have been desperately trying to get someone to contact me to help with orders they’ve messed up and I haven’t heard a word. They messed up my customers order, I sent it for a reprint and followed all the instructions that their support page says you need to do to report these issues.. The misprinted order that needed to be fixed has been sitting there for 20 days overdue of when it was supposed to be shipped. I’ve reached out multiple times, nothing. Please save yourself and your customers time and money because this is an absolute joke. ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2025-12-24* After much research and then coming to read all of these reviews, I’m disappointed that Printify is not what it’s cracked up to be. It doesn’t do much and produces an error just trying to check an order status. ### 3/5 — Frustrating *2025-10-11* At this point I’ve invested several hours just to get a very basic store with four products. Ive used the website primarily, so the app is not the problem. There are so many pages of long winded information that it’s difficult to find the basic necessary info. Integration with Amazon is impossible. Integration with eBay did not work. I finally used the website primarily”pop up” for store (would have been nice if this was clarified as the company’s marketing). Integration with Stripe is glitchy…currently I have an active store that’s functional but am still getting emails saying it’s not. Products that I created last night are visible in the store but have since disappeared from my product page. Some items have said “pending” for 24 hours. (Yet they aren’t pending.) No response to requests for customer support. ### 1/5 — I can’t do basic stuff like add text *2025-09-18* I thought I’d give Printify a try but I just spent several hours in absolute frustration trying to add a simple text to my shirt. No matter what I do I can’t add texts, either I must be stupid or your website is jacked. DONT, SAVE YOURSELF. I’ve made somewhere around 1k dollars in sales including an over $400 order and I haven’t seen a penny of it still 10 months later. In fact when the order was placed they withdrew $400 from my account. Which means I’ve lost somewhere around $500 with this app and made nothing in return. Despite having dozens of sales it always ended in dozens of headaches. I lost my willingness to even continue creating clothing because I don’t want this to happen ever again. I even tried logging in at the specific time they tell you to to claim your payout. When I received a defective sticker sheet sample, they responded quickly, identified the issue, and issued a full refund to my account with zero hassle. As a small business owner, that kind of support means everything. Don’t let the app ratings fool you — the team behind it truly cares. ### 5/5 — Why so negative? *2026-05-08* I have seen so many reviews that say that Printify is trash but I have no idea why. It’s a great tool for starting a business or a brand. Personally I’ve been using it to create band(the band’s called “Death Vain”) merchandise which I’m pretty sure is not its intended use but still great nonetheless. I do prefer the site better but that’s probably just because of the bigger screen. That being said, it’s really frustrating to make a bunch of edits and then not be able to save them. I love app versions better than the site, so was really hoping this would promising. Yet unfortunately the only thing on the app is the order page, wallet page, and account. What are you supposed to do with that? Please don’t get me wrong Printify is great! Yet this app just disappointed me :( Why not add the product page? Where we can actually edit and make new products, check out the catalog, and analytics, etc. Why not just add these options? I feel like y’all are losing money for not putting these pages in the app, but maybe your software developers couldn’t find a way to add them to h the e app version 😅 Not sure, and hope this app gets better! 10/10 recommendation to them as a manufacturer partner and their site is so much better!
