I have all of the accessories & have enjoyed using it until recently when it stopped connecting to the app. It doesn’t even show up on the Select an Accessory screen when I try to pair it-no matter how many times I Power On or Restart. Also after paying for a subscription since I’ve owned it, the company abruptly (only a few days notice) has decided that there will no longer be monthly collections added as of September 1, 2024. Actually new collections have not been added since June or July. Before that, I had purchased the Colop ePrinter. It was worse than the PrintMaker printer. I have several of the accessories, which should help, but don’t seem to do the job. I have very bad experience with printing anything. Now, they are offering yet another version of this type of printer on HSN. I’ve learned my lesson and didn’t buy the latest one. Hundreds of dollars wasted. ### 3/5 — App this improvement *2023-09-02* I love my mini printer, I think it’s such a great tool…BUT… this app certainly NEEDS to improve, I never get to customize because the app freezes and I have to restart it again, and the tools are challenging to work with… it only works the best whenever you use their collection… some are free but the majority you have to pay 2.99, it really does not bother me to use their collection, they have great stuff, my concern is customizing… it just does not work for me, the app keeps freezing every single time I want to create my own stuff.. I can easily customize a card, tag, etc with her. She takes a wee bit of practice and has a couple quirks but I enjoy using her every time and love, love the “chirp”! That is not what I signed up for when I bought this. Video links inside the app are all broken. Buttons for warranty info, privacy policy and user manual are all broken. Ok I Will survive, I have a hard time editing my text and adjusting the size if I make a tiny mistake my text or image is gone, I couldn’t save a project correctly and I see it but I cannot open it, now the Printer shows in my bluetooth section as “connected” but the app says not connecting and nothing appears, I cannot even use the printer now!!!! I wish I can get my full refund but my return window expired.
