The service is so pathetic, no one in this company is aware of their app orders; my order id is 48267 and i have been waiting for 10 days to get my refund back. Endless customer calls has resulted in nothing.

The app wants full access to the photo gallery. You can’t pick and choose what photos to share with Printo for printing. They want everything or the app will not let you proceed.

It’s an unnecessary limitation that violates privacy and user choice.

My order is pending since a week when it was promised to be delivered in 2-5 days. their WhatsApp number doesn't work and nobody picks up the call. Please get the work done by local vendors who are far more reliable. As of now I'm not even sure if my product which was prepaid will be delivered or not.

I am trying to checkout the album I have customised from last 15 days but it keeps saying uploading. And if it does upload somehow before payment it gets stuck saying “making sure got all your photos. Just a moment” its been 15 days since just a moment
Worst part is I am unable to create the album in your website as its only available on app and the app does not let me buy. So great product but not accessible to users.
