PrintSmash is an application, that enable to print photos and PDF files stored on iPhone and iPad devices and save scanned data, on a SHARP multi-functional copier installed in convenience stores, by utilizing Wi-Fi communications.

### 1/5 — 30分かけてもできなかった

ローソンでやりました。QRコードを読み取ることはできるけど、 Wi-Fiがいつまで経っても接続できず、「設定アプリからこのように設定してください」という指示に従っても結局ダメ。
代わりに、コピー機に「LINEで『ネットワークプリント』というのを友だち登録するやり方でもできる」と書いてあったのでそれをやったら1分でプリントできた。ので、PrintSmashは必要なし。イライラするだけ。

このご時世に中々見ないレベルでゴミです。
このアプリを担当しているプロダクトマネージャーはクビにした方がよいレベル。

そもそも、店舗に来てwi-fi接続しないとデータの受け渡しが出来ない仕様がイケて無さすぎるし、wi-fi接続についても非常に不安定で、VPNやら何やらがあると接続がまともに出来ない。

今時、事前に各自の端末からクラウドにアップして、QRを読み込むなりでプリント出来るようにすべきでは？
今の仕様だと、データを受け渡すだけでプリンターの前での操作が必要であり、店舗での印刷待ちなどの滞留を発生させるだけにしかならない。
事前にデータを登録できる仕組みであれば、待ってる間にでもデータの受け渡しは済み、プリンターでは簡易な作業のみで完結する。

このアプリ、設計からしてまともじゃないですよ。

大人しく、各コンビニのネットワークプリント経由で印刷した方がいいです。このアプリで時間を消耗するのは勿体無い。

とても便利に使わせていただいていました。iPhone12pro,iOS18.4.1,Printsmash3.22.0において、brave1.78.1,iPhone「ファイル」からコンビニコピー機へのアップロードができません。今年2月まではできていたと思いますので、最近のアップデートで出来なくなったかもしれません。
アプリ上の「pdfをプリントする」「追加」からはアップロードとプリントできました。
改善お願いします。

Wi-Fi繋がらんくてコンビニで一生イライラしてました。30分以上やっても無理やし
パスワードも全部あってんのに繋がらんし
どういうつもりちゅが？！？！となりました…
証明写真コピーしたくて出来なかった皆さん
Googleで「証明写真　コピー」と調べて
「こんぷりん」て出てくるんですがそれしたら
3秒で行けますよ（´ω｀）ﾄﾎﾎ…200円かかりますがこのアプリでしてたら200年かかります。ほんまにやめとけ！！！！ほんまにドユコト？！
こうしたらWi-Fi繋がりますよーみたいなんも無意味やしハニャハニャおやすみ

### 1/5 — セブンイレブンでのコピーを推奨します

ローカルネットワークに接続できない旨のエラーが出ます。ローソンとファミマの2店舗で試しましたが同じエラーが出てしまい、最終的にはセブンイレブンでコピーしました。
エラーが出てしまうと前の画面に戻ることもできず、アプリを強制終了させないと最初からのやり直しもできません。
このアプリの操作で30分無駄にした挙句コピーはできなかったので、これを読んだ方は今すぐ最寄りのセブンイレブンに行くことをお勧めします。

iPhoneの最新機種には対応しなくなったみたいで、iosは同じiPhone XSでは Wi-Fi繋がってプリント出来る状態です。

早く最新iPhoneでも使えるように改善して欲しいです。

改善出来なければ、このアプリ自体をストア内から削除して欲しいし、コンビニ複合機でもこのアプリを推奨するのを辞めるべきです。

print smashと似たアプリでネットワークプリントがあるけど、料金が違うのでprint smash利用者からすると早く改善して欲しいです！！
お願いします！！！！

久しぶりに再挑戦してみましたが全然ダメ。印刷できません。 まず機種変前はできました。 iPhone8、こちらは今でもWi-Fi接続でグダグダ時間をとることもなくスムーズに印刷ができます。 次に機種変後のiPhone13。何をしても繋がらない。当然印刷ができない。 この状態をもう1年以上放置してる運営は一体どんな神経をしているんでしょうか？ アプリの不具合ならアプリの不具合、ユーザー側に問題があるなら改善策でも提示してはどうですか？今の所カスアプリです。

【追記】

また久しぶりに試してみましたが案の定変わっていません。カスアプリなのでセブン使った方がいいです。

他の方のレビューにあるように、pdfファイルを印刷機に送信はできるのですが、そのあと出力されません。
30分ほど待っても出力されず、3件ほどコンビニを回ったのですが、日を改めてもいくら待っても出力されない状況です。
紙不足かな？と思い、店員の方にも相談したのですが、紙はちゃんと入っていました。
店側も原因がわからないそうで、同じようなことで相談される方が多いそうです。
他の端末にインストールして試してみましたが、やはり出力されませんでした。
pdfファイルが対応してないのかなと思い、他のファイルも試してみたりしましたが、それもダメでした。(大きなファイルは送信してないです。1枚だけ送りました)

前まで普通に使えていたので、不具合なのでしょうか？

わたしも以前はよく使っていたのですが、
今回使えなくなってました。
何度やり直したり、やり方変えてみたりしても使えず、ローソンの店員さんにも相談して何度もトライしましたがWi-Fiを読み込んでも、送信が出来ずでした。
iPhoneⅪ使用です。機種のせいですか？

近場…と言っても車数分走らせないと行けないし、
他のプリンターよりなんだか高い？割にこの扱いは流石に泣けてきました。

何が原因ですか？問い合わせしようにもどこからすれば良いかさえ分からず…。
もう遠出した際、他系列のコンビニ使います。

インストール前、レビューを見て正直取ろうか迷いました。酷評もありますがちゃんと印刷できた人もいるようなので、物は試しとインストール。
近くのローソンに行って、iPhoneからPDFを複数選択して印刷しましたが私は何の不都合もなく時間もかかることなくバッチリ印刷出来ました！！！
もちろんWi-Fiはコピー機と接続しなければいけないのでコピー機の画面とアプリ上にパスワードが書いているのですが、パスワード入れる事なく自動接続してくれてました。

滞りなく印刷が出来たので星5にしておきます！
