You can’t do that. And there is no online help. ### 2/5 — Expensive and poor service via Ryman *2022-09-01, version 6.0.0* Unbelievably high prices. I went with it because I didn’t have any options that day though and I was in a rush. Used the rymans click and collect and showed up to find my documents had not been bound as requested and paid ££ for. Rymans service pretty sloppy but they did sort it after a wait. I’d look for alternatives next time. ### 1/5 — App buggy *2022-08-25, version 6.0.0* When trying to order a print for pickup the app takes me through the steps, but when I get to selecting the options I want for the print, the screen goes blank. This has happened with multiple tries. Makes the app unusable for my needs. ### 1/5 — It doesn’t work for multiple locations *2022-06-24, version 6.0.0* I used it twice at two different locations. I used the self service printer and the app was not able to transfer my file to the printer so nothing could be printed and it just got stuck in the “Downloading “ state. This first time was fine eventually as I waited 15 minutes for it to download the file and finally printed 1 page. However the unlock fee is ridiculous. It’s only ok If you have large amounts of doc to print. But if you just want to print one page it charges way too much. It’s also impossible to sign into a google email on the app if you use google sign in on the pc as you don’t set the password. This being said, when I have managed to use the system in the past it has proved very useful. ### 1/5 — Terrible experience on the self service printers *2021-06-02, version 5.6.5* Both self service printers malfunctioned. At first it said my order failed yet I see they have confirmed the purchases. Around £20 taken from my account and I did not have anything printed out! Extremely unhappy with this company. Would not recommend. I needed the notes instantly and ruined an already stressful exam period as a student without a printer. ### 3/5 — No sign in with google option *2021-06-01, version 5.6.5* I use this a lot on my laptop, and would like to use it from my iPhone, but I signed up using my google account and can’t sign in from the app using that method 🤔 ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2025-10-23, version 6.1.0* The app is borderline unusable, never uploads a file until you try again at least twice, logs you out randomly, messes up your location, full of bugs and cards get declined. I quite like the concept as I don’t need a printer too often, but the app just doesn’t work. ### 1/5 — useless *2024-12-15, version 6.1.0* most useless, brain dead, incapable app I’ve ever had the misfortune of using. if I ever have to use the self service on this ever again it might result in my death or significant property damage as I crash out ### 1/5 — Most recent update completely broke the app *2024-10-04, version 6.1.0* App used to be great but after the recent overhaul has become unusable. Bugs encountered on almost every step and ultimately unable to print. There’s a screen to manually enter code and it won’t allow you type anything into it.
