Everything on your list feels urgent. It isn't.
Prioritastic sorts your tasks with the Eisenhower matrix, the method used to separate what's urgent from what actually matters. Answer two questions when you add a task — is it urgent, is it important — and it lands in the right quadrant automatically.
DO, SCHEDULE, DELEGATE, ELIMINATE Every task falls into one of four places. Do it now, schedule it for later, hand it off, or drop it. No custom tags to invent, no system to maintain.
SEE YOUR WEEK, NOT JUST YOUR LIST Filter by Today, This Week, This Month, or All. Your business week is yours to define — turn off Friday and Saturday and the whole app follows, from filters to due-date suggestions.
DUE DATES IN TWO TAPS Today, Tomorrow, Next business day, or +1 week. Or open the calendar and pick a date. Set a task to repeat and it comes back on its own.
BREAK BIG TASKS DOWN Add subtasks, mark one as "doing now", and keep long work moving instead of stalled.
