I called Priority Health representative and they told me I could go to any Urgent Care. I did and they will not cover it because of how the Urgent care codes their billing. I asked the question and Priority contacted the Urgent care. they confirmed it was Urgent care but that is how they do their billing. priority still wouldn’t cover my claim. priority said something and did not stand behind it. ### 2/5 — Our head is in the clouds *2026-07-06, version 3.0.2* This is the most common answer I get when trying to look something up. Would hope a doctor/hospital app would have a basic workable function. Had to sign in using my user ID and password. What happened to facial recognition, Once I got through the two-factor authentication, the system demanded that I change my password. So I updated the password and had to go pack through the entry process. I have to enter my login credentials EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Not only that, a freakin code has to get sent to my email and I have to enter that.
