The items show up if you go through the “All Items” category, which means that you have to search through a hundred items, but they don’t show up when looking in the specific category! But, I can NOT use my “Wellness” amount on my OTC card! You are supposed to to be able to but apparently the only way for me to spend that will be to pay out of pocket and get reimbursed! I’ll be losing my $285 wellness amount because I can not afford to be paying out of pocket on my set income! What’s the point of the otc card!? ### 2/5 — Terrible App *2025-11-20, version 1.0.36* Try to use App in store to scan products and it goes blank. Even with WiFi. Have to reinstall. Today it wasn’t even listed in the App Store when I tried to install again. You’ve sent it and I entered it THREE TIMES. I downloaded the app because shopping with this new OTC card online was a nightmare, starting from the beginning every time I wanted to search for something or continue shopping. Forcing me to enter my email every time I use the app, even though I use Face ID, is unnecessary and a real pain. Also, I just tried using it in the store to see if a product was eligible and it just crashed and was unusable. I like the scanner but that is where my positive feelings end. If someone who is pretty knowledgeable when it comes to using apps has trouble with it, I can’t imagine trying to navigate through this app if I were elderly and not tech savvy. ### 1/5 — What a hassle! *2026-02-20, version 1.0.391* The app never recognizes my password. I have to stand in the middle of the store and wait for a code and change my password and verify that it’s me two or three times. At the same visit, I will scan an item and it says eligible and then if I scan it again, it says not eligible. Almost more trouble than it’s worth. ### 1/5 — Meijer’s OTC No Bueno! *2025-10-20, version 1.0.36* I have been using Meijer’s in Michigan for the last 14 months. I buy the same protein drinks every month, until August 2025. Now when I use my OTC card Sept-Oct it declines the same previously purchased items. So then I tried buy some fresh fruit, also Declined as not approved items? Playing devils advocate, I spoke to a Meijer’s Manager, he indicated that the same thing has been happening to all Priority Health OTC card holders, and this was not a Meijer’s issue, it’s Priority Health. Calling the OTC help line, they indicated they were having issues on their end, “Priority Health OTC.” Bottom line, it worked at Walmart for the exact items I had been purchasing at Meijer’s. The kicker is, I received a refer a friend offer from Priority Heath that offers a $20 gift card if I refer a friend to Priority Health. ### 1/5 — Junk *2025-10-16, version 1.0.36* This app is the worst! Worked at one store and now is just a white screen. Have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Come to find out the entire $75 was used up on items such as Greenies for my cat, Kleenex, Swiffer pads and drain cleaner!!!m Partially my fault because I didn’t realize what was had happened until after I went to Costco and was unable to use my OTC card there since I didn’t have a balances. This is ridiculous and I’m not sure what to do to fix it. Is it the store at fault or my OTC card for scanning inappropriate products???? My latest attempt began around 4:00 PM when I entered my account information in the app. After that I was told a “Verification Code” would be sent to my email. It was indeed sent, at 10:20 PM, which of course meant the app timed out. This happened three times today. Very disappointing. Updated: I originally panned this app. Within two days I received a response from the developer who addressed my concern and the app is now up and running.
