Suspect something has gone wrong with their rollout plan which mean the marketing to move to the new app is sent before the accounts are present and working. Reverted to the priority pass app (without the +) and works fine, will stay there until this is more mature. ### 1/5 — Impossible to log in *2026-08-30, version 1.13.0* This is second time I have been told I need to install this by the existing app, but despite giving it all the right details, even ones like membership number you would expect it to know having just verified your username and password it says details are wrong. Looking for a lounge means you need to login first on a regular basis. This forced so-called upgrade tops it all. Username? OTP? Waiting for minutes for it to arrive? I want to find the lounge, that’s it. What is so complicated about it? Do they change every day? Keychain doesn’t work. It doesn’t easily let you switch between accounts as the sign in process is tedious as hell. Overall the new app is laggy as well. Tried multiple times on both, and although it appeared to be working and active, it did NOT move forward. Whichever developers worked on this app should be placed on a PIP subject to code reviews for lack of basic knowledge or abilities. Most blatantly, when attempting to log in to the new app, I am informed that there is no account associated with my email account - whenever I go to the old app, I can literally copy my email address and paste it to the new app, no dice. It is sheer incompetence to think that a new app is a good idea when people ONLY use this app when traveling. I am at an airport and can't get it to download for like 35 minutes - there goes my time before boarding. And the fact that Priority Pass useless people think it is OK because they sent an email just signals they have never ever traveled. Really, whoever developed this should be embarrassed and whoever decided to roll out should be fired and shamed publicly. ### 1/5 — After multiple attempts we still can not use this *2026-09-02, version 1.13.0* Not sure why we are being asked to move to a new app when your system will not allow us to get the validation of our accounts. Don’t know why everyone else is disgruntled and so unhinged about having to switch to a new app. It also very clearly stated that if you couldn’t log into the new app, to still use the old one and that your info just wasn’t transferred over yet and to just wait, literally nothing too major. I either have enough patience to spare or these people need to get a grip a little. App works fine, had no trouble logging in. My only issue is the lounges themself are always full and Seattle just spent a ton of money rebuilding a brand new huge lounge that is hard to get into or always has a minimum 25 minute wait list. At that point I just use a different lounge to chill in lol.
