I’ve tried 4 times to activate my account and every time it errors and crashes.

We had to use this lounge as the BA lounge was undergoing refurbishment so we needed to use our Priority pass lounge access instead. When we got there we were told that Priority passes access was only available at Boston until 1.30pm. This does not seem to be a good policy given our flight to LHR was at 7.30. They eventually let us in as an air France flight had been cancelled so they were letting those passengers stay longer but if that lounge is only available until 1.30 there should be an additional lounge for Priority Pass passengers to use after this time. They also said we would have to leave after 90 minutes!

Have been trying to activate my membership for weeks and I keep getting an error message. Customer support is useless

Lovely and glossy for sale, utterly nonsense and useless. After spending the membership fee for a year, I wasn’t able to book one lounge visit in any of the 12 flights I did this past year. They once told me they’d allow me to use it if I paid £48 per person.. which was incredibly outrageous. If consumer service were any good, or honest, you might be granted one- but not even that. No one able to help. Way too expensive for all the disappointment when all I wanted was to be able to treat the family.

I have my membership through Capital One Venture X, if that matters. Basically this app is is telling me to go to their new “plus” app and won’t let me use this app anymore. I downloaded the new app which then tells me my membership is not yet ready for the plus app and to back to the old app (this app).  But this app won’t let me use it and just displays the screen to go to the new app. So which is it?!?!
