Just go close your account and find another. I had an account for 3 years. The ATM machines are broken once a week. If they can't cash one of your checks, they just won't. And they don't tell you they couldn't cash it. If you purchase something from a website, they will flag your account and not process the payment. Nothing about the app is not user friendly and the website is pointless. PLEASE just go to a different bank.
