I instructed The Priory Law Group as a first time buyer and I am so glad I did. Right from the initial quote stage all the way to receiving the keys I felt fully informed and actually enjoyed my first experience using a solicitor. I heard so many people talking about how poor solicitors are but my experience was the complete opposite. I noticed at the outset that this firm was new but you wouldn’t have thought that was the case if you didn’t know. Onboarding (I think that’s what they call it) was actually a joy! Each update via their app gave me a welcome indication of what had happened and when I would expect to hear next in the process. This felt like a company that has the client at the heart of everything that they do! I would highly recommend them even just for the app!

I would highly recommend Priory Law and definitely use them again. I was dreading dealing with all the paperwork online but it was easy to follow and Robyn was always there to help. The app keeps you informed of the progress and is easy to follow.
They are excellent with communication always at the end of the phone or email with a reply. 
Thank you for your fantastic service which made the task of selling a house stress free.

The regular milestone updates and the ability to see where my case was at were a great addition to the service provided by the Priory Law Group. This approach meant Ryan was able to move my sale and purchase along at a good pace. It also gave my agent the ability to follow progress and liaise with me and the other parties which alleviated any stress. Full marks!
