Easily track your heart rate and other health values by manually entering your readings and monitoring your daily progress — no smartwatch or external devices required.

This app allows you to record health measurements such as heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen level, stress level, and blood sugar in a simple and organized way. All your records are saved so you can view trends and monitor your health over time.
