## What is Prisio?

Prisio turns your camera into a travel price translator. Aim it at a price tag abroad and instantly see what the item really costs in your own currency — no typing, no guessing, no math.

HOW IT WORKS
Point your phone at the price. Prisio reads the number and the currency right on the tag, converts it to your home currency using up-to-date exchange rates, and shows you a clear, honest total.

KNOW THE REAL PRICE
In the US and Canada the price on the shelf isn't what you pay — sales tax is added at the register. Prisio estimates that local tax by state or province, so the number you see is closer to what you'll actually be charged. (Europe and most other regions show tax-inclusive prices, so no tax is added there.)

BUILT FOR REAL SHELVES
Real tags are messy. Prisio handles tiny "superscript" cents, sale-vs-original prices, per-unit prices and barcodes — and when a tag is tricky you can tap another number it found, or nudge the decimal point, to fix it in a second.
