### 4/5 — Unique concept

*2026-08-28*

It feels natural to add my thoughts to a topic as if I'd be posting in a chat thread. I like how each thought is separated, yet still connected, using this fabulous line of dots. I wished that also "chats" with only one thought (one post) would get that colored dot. The dot shows which tag it has. Untagged chats with one post could show their gray dot. That way, when looking at all of my notes, the ones with only one post would not fall under the radar. The dots are like bullet points and help me navigate. It would be much more consistent.

### 4/5 — Love it

It would be great to capture voice notes from Apple Watch, once it has that this would be the perfect app !

### 4/5 — Pretty cool

When this supports images, and that macOS app icon gets updated—this may be my new quick note taking tool

### 5/5 — Very Simple

*2026-07-26*

Very quick and simple to record notes, its well organized, and its support is very helpful.

### 5/5 — Pleasantly Surprised

*2026-07-25*

This app is quite interesting by taking a different behavioral approach to note taking. Instead of returning to a document to add more notes, here you return to a thought and you expand on it, add to it, as a comment or thread. Sort of recalibrates the brain. I'd love an Apple Watch recording complication -- that would make this app even stronger -- and maybe a 1-tap "button" to send a note or thread to Obsisian (admittedly, I've not tried exporting just yet as I am using/learning). Anyway, a promising start ...

**Developer response:** Thanks! Apple Watch integration is on the todo list for me :) Exporting exists but perhaps a local file sync will come in the future. Let's see if people want it. Then it would "just work" with Obsidian

### 5/5 — Awesome notes app

Make sure to use the lock screen widgets. Dictate or write instantly and syncs to Mac. I love this app

### 5/5 — I’m blown away with how good this is

*2026-04-11*

I have this on my Mac and my iPhone. It’s the easiest and best way to record quick notes. Just yesterday I had some minor surgery and started using Prism to record each dose of the several medications I have to take - now there’s no more uncertainty if I’ve missed something. Also created a note with the doctor’s instructions. In a few days, I’ll need it for something else.

### 5/5 — fast, beautiful, and zen

*2026-03-10*

this is a great complement to the mobile app. I love being able to access my notes from both devices!

I use it for taking notes while reading articles or in a quick meeting. Its even become my replacement for stickies because the quick-capture is fast, beautiful and zen

### 5/5 — Very, very helpful!

The app helps organize my small, half-formed, unorganized thoughts better than a regular ‘notepad/docs’ sort of notes. 5 stars.

### 5/5 — I can actually keep track of ideas and content I care about!

I’m a huge Apple notes user, I dump every little thing in there and then use search to find it. It mostly works, but its kinda distracting to make new notes when im doing something, I lose things a lot, and I only really come back to notes if I remember to search for them. This app solves all these problems.

I love being able to quickly capture small notes in the middle of a conversation or when im in the middle of something. It doesn’t break flow at all, whereas with apple notes it’s just a little bit too many clicks.

I also lose my apple notes thoughts really easily so the organization in prism has been a gamechanger. I finally just have one “to watch” list and one “writing ideas” list, and I maintain them over time.

The review feature is magical! So often I used to forget the ideas or opportunities that once seemed promising to me, but reviewing them regularly means I get to see them all again and take action on the ones that are important. Although I haven’t quite figured out how to use “revisit” best because there are some lists I don’t really need to keep reviewing.
