Prisma Health GO app helps you navigate each step of a visit to Prisma Health facilities. Prisma Health GO allows you to locate a provider practice, patient room, department, or amenity using your smartphone, then provides turn-by-turn guidance from your current location all the way to your destination- including indoors. Prisma Health GO will direct you to the closest parking area and then save where you’ve parked to navigate you back when it’s time to go home. Other features of the app allow you to look up a Prisma Health provider, make an appointment, access patient information using a patient portal, pay your bill, and see waiting times for our emergency rooms as well as our convenient urgent care.

What a Terrible App there’s no login spot and everywhere you click opens up a webpage and leaves the app so stupid.

Why do we have yet another app for or health records and appointments? Why is prisma health trying to separate from my chart? We can connect all providers from there and it makes it convenient for everyone. I’m deleting this silliness and prisma can just deal with the delays of me filling stuff out when I arrive at my appointments. I have the time…🙄

Can’t complete a message or get an appointment before app quits and throws me back to the main page. Deleted, reinstalled, restarted phone…doesn’t matter. This was supposed to be an improvement…not.

When using the app, it constantly crashes on my phone. I have an iPhone X, but my phone is updated with the latest iOS 16. The app itself, from what I can see, looks extremely useful and user-friendly. It’s just I am unable to use it, so therefore it was a waste of a download for me. Maybe after a few more bugs are worked out, I can use it on my phone. I look forward to seeing the hospital's layout and using the appointment system they have set up within the app.
