Prismday – Habits & Mood

Prismday brings your day together in one glowing prism: the small rituals that keep you grounded, how you really feel, and the moments you want to remember. RITUALS THAT FIT YOUR LIFE • Check-offs, counters (like glasses of water), focus timers, amounts (pages, km) and habits you want to break • Every day, on chosen weekdays, a few times per week or every few days • Morning, midday, evening or anytime – plus gentle reminders • Group rituals into stacks and run them step by step, e.g. your morning routine • Focus timer with a Live Activity on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island • Start fast with ready-made templates YOUR DAY AS A PRISM Every ritual you complete adds a facet. Watch your day fill with colour, keep your streaks and get a little celebration when the day is complete. HOW YOU FEEL Log your mood in a second on the mood map – pleasant or unpleasant, calm or energised – and add what's influencing it: sleep, work, friends, nature and more. MOMENTS Write down what mattered, add photos and voice notes, tags and favourites. Memory lane brings an earlier moment back to your day. PATTERNS See your completion rates, mood rhythm across the week and which rituals and factors go together with better days. On supported devices, Apple Intelligence writes a short, private reflection – on your device, never uploaded. APPLE HEALTH (OPTIONAL) Turn it on in Settings to save your moods as State of Mind in Apple Health and to see how sleep and steps relate to how you feel. Off until you switch it on. EVERYWHERE YOU ARE Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets (check off rituals right from the widget, quick mood), a Control Center control, Siri and Shortcuts, Spotlight and search. MAKE IT YOURS Colour worlds including Crystal, light and dark mode, Liquid Glass design and alternate app icons. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account, no ads, no tracking, no analytics.
