When I open the app all I see is a restore purchases button, looks like 3 buttons at the bottom of the screen are cut off, the middle one is pulsating and I am able to select it if I ever so slightly tap it in the right spot then it wants me to buy something which I have no idea what it says. Scam trap or bad design

Thrilling police chase missions on sports bikes. The coolest thing is that you get to unlock super cool motorbikes in advanced levels.
