Timing a joke as child at school when call booked. Officer stated issue was my signal. In car park reception good & data good. They do what they can to be as awkward as possible. It is so easy to use and at 70 years old I down loaded the app, added photos and information all by myself. So far had two face to face calls with my son and will be booking another soon. I’ve Turnt my phone off and then back on 5 mins later and it still doesn’t work even after updating the app ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Tried to register, error message, no support *2026-08-21* I downloaded the app, tried to register, got an error message with no explanation, tried twice more, then tried to contact the company. The phone line was a recorded message that, after asking me to email instead, claimed it tried to put me through to someone but after one ring it cut me off. It tried again, same result. The app offered FAQs but there’s no FAQ text when you select that option. I’ve now emailed in the hope of support. Have a nice day! ### 1/5 — To strict and very stupid *2025-04-09, version 3.16.4* Very stupid app, they want all ur personal info for them to reject every video call I have tried to book with them then I get told the prisoner has to book it and they can only book you for the video call during weekdays and only at certain times! Well what about us that works weekdays? And we can’t all have lunch at 2 because that’s the only time that’s available! And also I can’t bring anyone else into the call or can’t even show my incarcerated sibling the sun or sky without getting a warning and it cutting off, or even screenshotting the facts that it’s just a black screen I will send u the proof aswell.very frustrating I deleted this rubbish and by law they better delete all my personal info I gave them.
