The order was shipped out and delivered to a different address in another state. Nothing close to what I have on file with pristine. I reached out to pristine and they responded there is nothing they can do because it shows delivered from the carrier. When the carrier clearly shows it was delivered to the wrong address in a different state. I will stick to my eBay auctions because the customer is on their own once they buy something. ### 1/5 — Scam/fraud app *2026-04-25, version v1.5.12* They use bots to bring up the price. Most of the stuff is way over priced. You can go on eBay and get most of the items half the price. ### 1/5 — Downhill *2026-04-22, version v1.5.12* After using pristine for the past few years and bidding and winning literally hundreds of auctions I will no longer be doing business with them. I have had winning auctions cancelled, received items that were misrepresented and not what was bid on, but the straw that broke the camels back was a winning auction that showed a label created but never shipped… no less than 5 inquiries and finally the came back and said the postal service lost it we aren’t looking into it anymore case closed. Disappointing considering how much is paid in premiums and shipping. ### 1/5 — Misleading *2026-04-13, version v1.5.12* I recently purchased a “Bronx Bombers” mystery pack from Pristine Auction and had a very disappointing experience. The listing clearly advertised a “guaranteed sealed hit pack” containing a Yankees legend (Babe Ruth, Mickey Mantle, or Aaron Judge). What I actually received was a loose, unsealed base Aaron Judge card along with a separate autograph as the “bonus.” While they argue that the player requirement was technically met, the product did NOT match the advertised sealed hit pack description. When I reached out, they denied any issue and required an unboxing video—something that was never disclosed beforehand. This feels extremely misleading. The marketing strongly implies a legitimate “hit,” but in reality, you may receive a very low-value base card that does not match what most collectors consider a hit. If you’re just looking for fun and don’t mind the risk, that’s one thing—but be aware that the descriptions can be interpreted very loosely, and customer support will not make it right. Personally, I won’t be using this platform again. ### 1/5 — Awful app *2026-02-21, version v1.5.9* I could not put my card payment in and missed some absolute steals that I could have had.
