## What is Privado14?

Privado 14 is the official app for members of the Privado 14 wine & cigar club, with locations in Memphis and Pittsburgh. Invite-only access. Refined for the way the club actually runs.
◆ EVERY OTHER THURSDAY
See the full venue-night calendar at a glance. Color-coded events tell you what's tonight: regular venue night, special event with a featured pour, private gathering, or a closed evening.
◆ RSVP IN A TAP
Going, maybe, can't make it. Add a +1 with their name (or just "+1" if it's a surprise). See who else is coming before you walk in.
◆ TIPS & ACCESS
Front door code, music system password, parking notes — everything members need to find. Updated by the venue, members-only.
◆ PRIVATE INVITES
Receive curated invitations to one-off special events. Members can text a guest a private invite link — no app install required for guests.
◆ REMINDERS
The night before. The hour before. Just enough so you don't forget.

  • Reservable areas — members request specific spots (cigar lounge, wine cellar, etc.) for an event night and admins
  approve in-app. Confirmed parties get a push notification.
  • AI flyer generator — describe your event, the app generates a custom flyer using Gemini Imagen. Pick a favorite and
  it goes out with invites.
  • Auto-rendered dinner menus — add food items to an event, the app builds a styled menu image you can share or display
   at the door.
  • Bulk invites — invite every member at a location in one tap, pick guests from your iPhone contacts, or add a one-off
   guest manually.
  • Presence & beacon check-in — automatic detection when members arrive at the venue, plus a manual "I'm here" button.
  • Biometric app lock — Face ID / Touch ID to unlock the app each time.
  • Cleaner event creation — native calendar picker, inline food items editor, and a Generate Flyer button right from
  the create screen.

 Smaller fixes:
  • Event dates now display in your local time, not UTC.
  • "Going" list always visible on events, including before the first RSVP.
  • Auto-jumps you to the new event's detail page after creating it.
