PrivaNota is one of the most useful apps I’ve used for meetings and everyday note taking. The real time transcription is fast and accurate, and I love that it also generates clear summaries, key points, and action items automatically, which saves me so much time after meetings. It feels like having a personal assistant without any extra effort. The fact that everything runs offline and stays private on your device makes it even better. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants a smarter, more private way to capture conversations!

I’m a consultant currently looking for my next opportunity, and I’ve been searching for a tool to help me take notes during job interviews and consulting meetings. I wanted something private, as some of the material I work on can be sensitive and I cannot risk breaking my NDAs. So I tried PrivaNota, and I’m glad I did! It has tremendously improved my efficiency in both my job search and professional interactions. Not only does it help me keep my notes organized, but it also summarizes discussions and highlights key points, allowing me to focus on the conversation during meetings and interviews. It even provides a quick and easy overview of each event, so I no longer waste time analyzing my notes afterward. And best of all, it does all this without compromising my data, since everything runs on-device.
