Mit unserer Private Banking SecurePlus App können Sie ganz bequem von zuhause oder unterwegs TANs und QR-TANs generieren und sind dabei dank der modernen Verschlüsselung immer auf der sicheren Seite.

Wichtige Funktionen im Überblick:

•	Ihren Login und Ihre Aufträge wie Überweisungen und Wertpapier-Transaktionen können Sie jederzeit mit der SecurePlus App freigeben.
•	Nutzen Sie die Private Banking SecurePlus App weltweit sowohl online als auch offline. 
•	Zusätzlich zur sicheren Anmeldung mit der SecurePlus PIN können Sie die Touch ID oder Face ID aktivieren.

Download und Aktivierung

Schritt 1: Laden Sie die Private Banking SecurePlus App aus dem App Store herunter. 

Schritt 2: Öffnen Sie die SecurePlus App und starten Sie die Aktivierung. 

Schritt 3: Loggen Sie sich bitte zunächst unter www.privatebanking.bnpparibas.de ein. Zur Aktivierung rufen Sie nun den QR-Code im Menü „Mein Bereich > Verwaltung > Sicherheitseinstellungen“ unter „Jetzt SecurePlus App aktivieren“ auf. Wenn Sie für Ihr Konto keine Zugangsdaten haben, können Sie den Aktivierungscode telefonisch anfordern. Dieser wird Ihnen dann per Post zugestellt.

Haben Sie gerade Ihr erstes Konto bei BNP Paribas Wealth Management - Private Banking eröffnet, erhalten Sie den Aktivierungscode per Post. 

Schritt 4: Scannen Sie den QR-Code anschließend mit der Private Banking SecurePlus App. Sie können die Aktivierungsdaten auch manuell eingeben. 

Schritt 5: Anschließend haben Sie die Möglichkeit einen Benutzernamen zu vergeben. Dieser dient zu Ihrer Identifikation, wenn das Gerät von mehreren Benutzern verwendet wird.

Schritt 6: Vergeben Sie nun eine persönliche SecurePlus PIN. Folgen Sie dazu bitte einfach den Anweisungen in der App. Die SecurePlus PIN benötigen Sie zukünftig, um sich in der SecurePlus App anzumelden.

Bitte merken Sie sich Ihre SecurePlus PIN und geben Sie diese nicht an Dritte weiter. Diese SecurePlus PIN ist auf allen Ihren registrierten Geräten gültig.

Ich konnte mich nicht einloggen. Was auch immer ich falsch gemacht habe.

Leider ist die App auf dem neusten Ipad Pro mit neuestem IOS nicht lauffähig. SIe Startet, weisser Bildschirm, dann schliesst sich die App und man sieht den Hintergrund. Anruf bei BNP brachte nach 1 Stunde Rumprobieren (Neuinstallation, Neustart, Neustes IOS, etc. ) auch keine Lösung. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von BNP.

Wenn man das Handy wechselt, funktioniert die App dann nicht mehr mit Face ID. Dann löscht man sie und installiert die neu und es geht gar nichts mehr. Immer wieder das gleiche. So schlecht.
