## What is Private Med Tracker?

Your medication data never leaves your iPhone. No account. No cloud sync. No analytics, no telemetry, no server calls of any kind. We can't see what you take, because we never collect it.

Pilled is built for the medication you take as needed rather than on a schedule — migraine and headache relief, rescue inhalers, pain relief, anti-nausea and anxiety medication, supplements. One tap logs a dose. Over time, Pilled shows you the pattern.

100% PRIVATE, BY DESIGN

• No account — nothing to sign up for, nothing to log in to
• No cloud — your history lives in your device's protected storage, and only there
• No data collection — zero analytics, zero telemetry, zero tracking of you
• Fully offline — airplane mode, dead zone, foreign SIM, it makes no difference
• Secure export — take your complete history as a CSV file whenever you want it

BUILT FOR AS-NEEDED MEDICATION

Most medication apps assume you take the same thing at the same time every morning, and spend their energy reminding you. As-needed medication — what a prescription label calls PRN — doesn't work that way. What matters is how often, how close together, and whether you're drifting toward a limit.

• One-tap dose logging — a second or two, at the moment you actually need it
• A complete dose journal — every entry timestamped and searchable
• Batch logging — record several medications in one go
• Customizable tiles — a colour and icon per medication, so the right one is findable instantly
• Dark mode — for the 3am doses

SEE YOUR PATTERNS

Premium is a one-time purchase. No subscription, now or ever.

• Usage patterns — which days and which hours you dose most
• Dosage safety limits — set a ceiling and get warned as you approach it
• Recurring medications — automatic logging for the scheduled ones, if you have any
• Every future premium feature included, free

WHY THERE ARE NO REMINDERS

Because as-needed medication isn't scheduled, and a notification telling you to take a rescue pill is worse than useless. Pilled doesn't nag. It records what you took, and shows you what it adds up to.

WHO IT'S FOR

• Migraine and headache rescue medication
• Rescue inhalers and allergy relief
• Pain relief and anti-inflammatories, including chronic pain
• Anti-nausea and anxiety medication
• Vitamins and supplements
• Anyone managing a chronic condition that flares rather than runs steady
• Anyone tracking a symptom or trigger alongside what they took for it
• Anyone who would rather not hand their health record to someone else's server

A NOTE ON TRUST

Privacy claims are easy to make and hard to verify, so here is the short version: Pilled has no login because there is no account system. It has no sync because there is no server. It cannot leak your data in a breach, because there is nothing held anywhere to breach.

REQUIREMENTS

iPhone or iPad running iOS 17.0 or later.

### 5/5 — Private, Easy, Insightful

*2026-07-29*

I initially picked this app just for the privacy aspect of it (data stays local on your phone) but ended up being really impressed with the insights it gave me. I was able to see patterns for when I was taking on-demand meds. And the developer is really responsive. I suggested a sorting feature and he added it almost immediately.

### 1/5 — I don’t get it

*2026-05-03*

I added a pill. I could not set a schedule unless paid. I paid. I can not edit the pill to add a schedule

**Developer response:** Hi Greg. I'm sorry about that, nothing is more frustrating than paying for a feature which you then couldn't reach.

Here's the missing step: tap the edit button (pencil) in the top bar first, then tap the pill. That opens its settings, and "Recurring Medication" is under Schedule. Tapping a pill outside Edit mode logs a dose instead - which is what you were running into.

If the toggle still reads as locked, reopen the upgrade screen and tap Restore Purchases.

And if it's still not what you wanted, you are entitled to a refund through Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com), no hard feelings, I'm happy to approve it. Thanks for paying, and for saying something instead of just leaving.

### 5/5 — Easy Dose It

*2026-03-04*

Very easy to add and remove medications when your situations change from normal daily use.

**Developer response:** "Easy dose it", I'm stealing that! Thank you.

That flexibility is exactly what I built Pilled for: rescue and as-needed meds don't stay on a tidy schedule, so adding and dropping them has to be quick. Glad it's holding up, if you ever run into any problems, please reach out!
