So up until now this has been a basic but good app. But since last update it has stopped working, unable to open app, unable to access information saved, have lost everything. So disappointing. Unable to get any tech support, and have lost all the information that was stored in this app.

Tried going through your app support several times but that never works. When are you going to fix this app. I need all my info out of it. Bit hard since for a few months now it won’t even open. 
This was a great app but now it won’t open. I wanted to contact your support but couldn’t. Now I can’t access anything i have in this app
