I tried to access the folder with my password and the app locked me out even though I had the correct password.  No instructions on how to reset password

I Paid for the full version of the app and can not access all of my photos.  Only some of them pop up.  I can’t add my pictures that I wanted to put in to the folder.  I’m very disappointed.  I had pictures I needed to put in there right away and can not so now, I have to erase the important pictures so they are not seen.  Please fix this immediately or please give me my money back. Thank you
