## What is Private Reserve?

You remember the bottle. You never remember what you thought of it.

Private Reserve is a tasting journal for people who take whisky seriously and themselves less so. Log what's on your shelf, record what you actually taste, and let the house learn your palate well enough to tell you what to open tonight.

THE CELLAR Every bottle with its proof, age statement, batch, and what you paid. Point the camera at a label and the entry fills itself — name, style, proof, even the batch number — so you're not typing "Uigeadail" with a glass in your hand. Fill levels track down the bottle, and the oxidation guardian warns you before a great bottle turns into a regret.

THE POUR Pick the bottle in your glass. Tap the flavors you're actually tasting. Then just talk — the mic listens while you ramble, and turns half-formed impressions into a note worth keeping. Thirty seconds, start to finish.

THE PALATE Your notes become a profile. Not a badge — a read. Which flavor families run high in your pours, the proof band where you're happiest, the regions holding your loyalty, and where your taste is drifting. The house sommelier writes it up in plain language, and tells you what to hunt next.

THE SPEAKEASY Private rooms for your drinking club. Talk at the bar, log the pours going around — including the glass someone poured you from a bottle you don't own — and pin the verdicts worth arguing about.
